From paste-in to a working signature in about a minute.
Paste your existing signature
Copy the signature out of an old email - messy formatting is fine. Click Extract Info → and we'll fill in name, title, phone, email, NMLS, DRE, and detect Zillow / veteran badges.
Drop in a headshot
Drag & drop, paste, or click the headshot box on the right. We auto face-center and crop to 115×165. If the framing isn't perfect, click ✦ Adjust position and drag to nudge.
Pick your CTA button
Choose the label - View My Profile/Apply, View My Profile, Apply Here, or the big Apply Now image. Non-LO titles auto-select Hide button. Paste your LO profile URL or LendingPad application link.
Add optional extras
Toggle Fax row, Zillow Reviews link, or a Veteran badge. They appear instantly in the live preview on the right.
Copy and paste
Hit Copy Signature at the top of the preview, then paste straight into Outlook's signature edit box (Ctrl+V). It pastes as the rendered signature - no HTML to fuss with. The How to install section under the preview has the full walk-through.
Good to know
The preview is sticky - it stays in view as you scroll the form.
Image paste anywhere on the page goes to the headshot box (when no text field is focused).
The signature is Outlook-safe HTML using bulletproof tables - no rendering surprises.
Your Information
Paste your old signature, drop a headshot, watch the preview build itself.
Non-LO signature: simplified format - no photo, badges, licensing #s, or CTA button. The sections below for those will be ignored.
Pick what the bottom-row CTA looks like. Sales/Processing managers and other non-LO roles should select Hide button. The big image button replaces the certification badges on the right.
Paste your LO profile page or your LendingPad application link. If blank, defaults to https://www.optimumfirst.com/apply/.
Optional Add-ons
Square badge, 54×54 ideal (e.g. US Marine, Army, Navy).

How to install your signature
Outlook Desktop · Windows
▸
Click Copy Signature above. (You'll get a confirmation toast.)
In Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
Click New, name it (e.g. OFM), then click inside the edit box and paste (Ctrl+V). The signature drops in fully styled - no HTML pasted as text.
Set it as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards, then click OK.
Send yourself a test email to confirm it looks right.
If your Outlook strips the formatting (rare), use Download (backup), open the file in a browser, select all, and copy from there.
